Longbridge is born

We were founded in an office just off Farringdon Road, North of the river in London. We entered the computer age with a bang when we moved all our work onto early Amstrad PC's. Technology might have changed our business, but we've never lost the art of speaking to people directly and valuing the face-to-face meeting.

2010

Longbridge Makes 3 Acquisitions

The Longbridge brand was acquired by Initio International led by Brendan Flood, ex-CFO/COO of Hudson. Shortly after, Longbridge acquired White Square Search, ASA Law and Start Resourcing (which became the Sales & Marketing, Law and Technology Divisions). There were also internal developments with Jeff Grout being named as Non-Executive Director.

New Offices

Due to expansion, Longbridge consolidated its operation and moved into new offices in London. Each of the teams grew and were able to increase their industry reach.

Longbridge broadens its horizons

After successful acquisitions, we began to pay attention to other areas of the company and in particular creating engaging content for our clients and candidates. We launched our ‘Interviews With’ series with England Rugby Legend, Jason Leonard.

Further developments

Building on the previous success of the ‘Interviews With’ Series, we started a similar programme to keep our community engaged by launching the ‘Business Breakfast’ Series. Presentation topics included; Mind Games: Business Lessons from Sporting Excellence, Recruiting Excellence, Candidate Interviews and Talent Attraction.

2014

Landmark year for Longbridge

2014 was a landmark year for Longbridge. Initio International were acquired by Staffing 360 Solutions, and with this large resource behind us we acquired Poolia UK which became Longbridge Finance & Accounting. On the back of these huge steps, Longbridge became Longbridge 360 and recently opened new offices in Central London and launched the new website.
