In our last candidate satisfaction survey, 88.5% of our candidates rated our service at 8/10 or above, so although there is always more that we can do to improve we are clearly doing something right and having a positive influence on those candidates that we partner with.
While we operate a diverse approach to attracting new candidates into our network, the single biggest source of candidates that we successfully introduce to our clients is through referrals and recommendations. These referrals come from friends, former and current colleagues, and can be those who are active in the job market or just looking for an investigatory or exploratory initial conversation.
We believe many of these referrals come to us because of the service and advice that we provide, but to show just how much we value these referrals and recommendations we also have a scheme in place as our way of saying thank you.
How does it work?
If you refer a friend or colleague, who is not already registered with us, who we then successfully introduce to one of our clients, we’ll send you vouchers of your choice to the value of £200 for permanent and £100 for temporary hires.
Permanent Roles: If you refer a friend of colleague to us who we successfully place in a permanent role, we’ll be in contact to discuss what vouchers you would like and send them out to you on successful completion of the referrals probation period.
Temporary Roles: If you refer a friend of colleague to us who we successfully place in a temporary role, we’ll be in contact to discuss what vouchers you would like and send them out to you on successful completion on the completion of 12 weeks work with that client.
How to refer?
Simply email the details of your friend or colleague to us at email@example.com and we'll do the rest. Alternatively, ask your friend or colleague to email their details to us at the same address, referencing you in their message and we'll get in touch with them straight away.
