Job summary:

I have been instructed by the Real Estate arm of one of the world's largest banks to search for a 'Financial Controller/ Head of FP&A'.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to; leading, managing and developing the FP&A function and a small team, have responsibility of all financial reporting, monthly management reports, forecast, budgets and leading the entire month end process and group reporting.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA with substantial post-qualified experience). They will have strong accounting skills, be proficient in IFRS, have a thorough understanding of P&L activity, have strong management reporting and commercial finance experience, covering budgets and forecasting, financial modelling, etc.
