My client is a leading provider of process modelling, plant operations and supply chain software solutions to the Oil & Gas and process industries. Currently on their behalf, we are hiring an Associate Technical Support Consultant to provide technical support and training for their engineering products. You will also help address customer issues and beta test new releases.
For this role, you will need a degree in Chemical Engineering or related subject, and previous experience or knowledge of chemical process modelling. Successful Candidates will have 1 -3 years experience using: HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen One, gPROMS, RMPCT, DMCplus, IP.21 etc. You should be fluent in English and have effective communication skills. A second European language would also be a plus. The role is based in London area and the the salary is in the range of £25k - £40K.
