The Corporate & Corporate Tax team of this expanding UK firm currently consists of 15 partners and 18 assistants.

Current market conditions dictate that the firm is looking to hire a number of Corporate Associates. Candidates should be experienced in M&A both private and public, with emphasis on the private side, share sales, asset sales, complicated joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.  Should the candidate also have experience in venture capital or investment funds, this would advantageous.

Candidates should either have experience of, or a desire to, run transactions and manage a small team.
