Expanding city based law firm is currently looking to recruit a personable and client facing 3 - 4 year pqe Corporate Tax lawyer.
The successful candidate will have to be a self starter, enthusiastic with the ability to run matters and lead a group
Ideally experience will have been gained in advising clients on a wide range of tax and commercial related matters including general tax planning, the tax and commercial aspects of real estate transactions, finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating tax deeds, reviewing and drafting tax related agreements and clauses in transaction documents and dealing with HMRC disputes.
