My client is a successful worldwide company, with a broad knowledge of oil and gas, petroleum, chemicals, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. With years of exclusive service to the process industries, they are now looking for a Senior APC Consultant/Engineer within EMEA territory.
The role is a consulting position implementing customer software installations (RMPCT or DMCplus).
You will review process flow diagrams and P&IDs and participate in testing and/or commissioning. You will analyse data for medium scope problems, using the concepts of multivariable identification, and set up the execution of controller simulation.
You should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering and specializing in process control would be a advantage. You should be proficient in on-line and off-line tools, and fluent in English.
You should also be able to travel at least 30-40% of time, since the role includes testing and commissioning activities at client sites.
