James joins as a Research Consultant and comes from a professional sporting background; starting at Bath Rugby in their Academy. On completion of his A-levels, James decided to leave Bath and pursue his education and rugby development at London Welsh, where he also got an elite scholarship with London South Bank University, also studying Sport and Exercise Science. On graduation, he moved to Spain to play professional rugby in the top 10 in Spain for Ordizia.
