Clinical Negligence solicitor

My client is one of the most recognised brands for personal injury work. They are now looking for an additional solicitor to join their highly rated clinical negligence department working alongside a team of specialists based in their London office. The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years PQE, be able to run their own caseload, and have a track record of hitting billing targets.

This role sits within a large legal500 ranked department, focusing on claims against medical professionals. The position will involve developing your own caseload of claims, alongside supporting more senior individuals on higher value and complex cases. It is anticipated that you'll get involved with business development initiatives and supporting the team as a whole to deliver the best outcomes for their clients. Coming with experience, you will need to have experience of running your own litigated cases, being able to work with minimal supervision
To qualify for this role, it is anticipated that you'll have:
-3 years PQE working on clinical negligence cases
-Excellent client care skills, being able to support your client's through difficult times
-Experience of managing your own litigated caseload
-Experience of assisting on million pound claims, preferably including birth injury
