A City based law firm, this practice has a fantastic reputation for servicing it's clients in a core number of areas. They are now expanding their small, but busy employment team, in order to better assist their customers.
They are now looking for a junior solicitor with at least one year PQE to join their employment team. The role will involve managing your own mix of non-contentious and contentious cases while supporting on large and more complex matters as required. You will be expected to be responsible for the day to day running of your cases, covering TUPE advice, Tribunals, Industrial relations, settlement agreements etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with all aspects of employment law while also been given the autonomy to allow you to build your own relationships with clients early on.
In order to qualify you will be expected to :
-Have a strong academic background and be admitted to practice as a solicitor
-Have at least a year post qualified experience working in an employment team
-Be happy to travel to visit clients across the UK.
-Have a deep understanding of employment law
