Purchase Ledger / Admin

A consultancy company in London are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis and liaise with consultants and suppliers in order to process payments effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Log, maintain and file invoices
- Set up suppliers on the database
- Payment processing
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers and consultants where necessary
- Work efficiently and with professionalism to ensure the business is organised efficiently
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel financial and commercial
information
- Participate in staff meetings and training as required
- To undertake duties requested by the line manager
